A very light transparent flake shimmer that favors a light pinkish purple as you layer up, but one or two coats will still be mostly clear over any color. Great as a topper, or alone as a mild flake shimmer. 

*note* while this can glow under certain circumstances, im not marketing this as a glow polish topper specifically- as the glow is mild and wont be super noticeable unless super charged with a UV flashlight.
